| Characteristics and Application: | REFORSIL 91 is a kind of multifunctional silane coupling agent that is mainly used to improve the cohesiveness between the fillers containing hydroxyl groups and unsaturated polymers having double bonds. It is able to improve physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates. It can markedly improve tensile strength, tearing strength and abrasive resistance and reduce compression set of vulcanizates. In addition, it can reduce the viscosity and improve the processability of rubber products. Silica, talc powder, mica powder and clay can be used in combination with REFORSIL 91 in polymers such as SBR, NBR, NR, EPDM, epoxy resin, polystyrene resin etc. |
