Gum-Easy T-78

Characteristics and Application:
Gum-Easy T.78 makes the rubber chemicals of rubber compound disperse much mre evenly. With the excellent masticating action of rubber compound and strong dispersing efficiency. Gum-Easy T.78, the dispersing agent of carbon black in rubber, enhances the stability among batches of rubber compound.

Final Form and Packing:
Double-layer packed with plastic bag and complex woven paper bag, 25 kg bags

Properties:
Composition: metallic soap compound of synthetic interfacial active agent External appearance: light brown / yellow brown granule Storage: 2 years Safety performance. Non-poisonous and hazard free

Characteristics:
Gum-Easy T-78 has excellent lubricating effect on the interior of rubber compound. It also has the function of reducing heat accumulation and stabilizing rubber compound while mixing and processing, also increasing mixing efficiency, saving mixing time and dynamic consumption. Dramatically improves mobility of rubber compound with very best result of dispersing and evenly mixing of rubber compound. After extrusion by cold feeding, the surface of rubber compound becomes smooth with no air hole, and compactness increases. Improves and stabilize the quality of rubber compound and finished goods by a big margin, especially among the batches of rubber compound. Improves performance and efficiency of rolling and extrusion and tower Mooney viscosity. It has no influence on physical, mechanical and aging performance It has optimum compatibility with rubber compound and cause no interference on vulcanization system. Ordinary compound will not need adjustment. It is a flowing dispersing auxiliary widely used for rubber processing, which can be extensively applied to tires, adhesive tapes, rubber tubes, extruded and injected rubber products, frothing rubber products and die-set molding rubber products.

Usage:
Gum-Easy T-78 could be added together with chemicals during internal mixing 1. Addition is based on the usage of carbon black and size of the surface area: Example: a) to be used in terms of 3.0 ± 1.0 % of HAF usage b) to be used in terms of 2.0 ± 1.0 % of SRF usage 2. To be used in terms of 1.5 ± 2.5 % of raw rubber usage. 3. It is suitable to be used in terms of 2-3 times of the ordinary usage due to the application of CR.
